All transportation must be booked in advance through the Out’N’About Taxis website. This service is pre-booked only and will not be available on a walk-up or call-in basis on New Year’s Eve.

Capacity for New Year’s Eve is limited and trips are scheduled around the event timeline. Pre-booking allows us to confirm availability, provide a clear pickup time, and ensure trips run smoothly for everyone.

What does the $10 New Year’s Eve Ride Credit mean?

Each pre-booked ride includes a $10 Ride Credit that is automatically applied at booking. The credit is valid on December 31 only and applies once per booking. Standard metered pricing applies beyond the credit.

Can I book a ride during the event if plans change?

Unfortunately no. To keep the night running smoothly, all rides must be booked in advance. If plans change during the evening, we may not be able to accommodate additional requests.

What if I miss my pickup time?

Pickup times are confirmed when you book. If you miss your scheduled pickup window, we’ll do our best to help later in the evening if availability allows, but a replacement ride cannot be guaranteed.

Can I choose when I head home?

When booking, you’ll choose from a set of available pickup times both to the Lodge and heading home. These times are designed to align with the evening’s programming while keeping service reliable.
